Unlike most florists, our flowers are fresh from the garden. They follow the seasons and are handcrafted into beautiflul displays. Our florist, Bridget, is an experienced flower grower and florist who has a Certificate in Horticulture and has recently appeared on the BBC Scotland Beechgrove Garden. When you buy flowers from us, you can be assured they are sustainable, seasonal and Scottish grown!

We combine your vision with our creative experience to craft bespoke floral displays to create a special and personal space for your special day. We create gorgeous bouquets, buttonholes, corsages and dried petal confetti to bring natural beauty to your wedding. For the location, we can create a wide variety floral displays, designed to enhance and elevate your venue wedding.

We are honoured to create a truly personal floral tribute to remember the life of a loved one. We offer flowers in a funeral basket, a spray or a wreath. In addition, we can create arrangements of seasonal flowers for the wake. You are most welcome to visit our garden or we are always pleased to visit the garden of a loved one to gather sprigs of favourite plants.

Experiences

Our workshops, talks and tours are a great way to learn something new, connect with others, and create lasting memories. Our florist, Bridget, is an experienced flower grower and florist who has a Certificate in Horticulture and has appeared on BBC Beachgrove Garden. Workshops at The Moorhouse allow you, and up to 5 guests, to create your very own floral creations under Bridgets expert guidance. Our tours of the cutting garden will take you behind the scenes where you’ll learn about our horticultural practises. In addition, we offer talks and demonstrations at venues across the Borders, East Lothian and Northumberland.

Order Flowers

From our cutting garden, we create hand tied bouquets, crafted to order, tied with natural jute twine and wrapped in a brown paper sleeve. Our seasonal wreaths are full of fresh foliage and flowers to provide a floral welcome to your home. Finally, our beautiful dried flower collection contains natural and vibrant colours in a bouquets, wreaths and hearts.
